Terms of Service

1. The service
LeadPilot AI provides an AI sales employee for small businesses: lead capture, AI replies, follow-ups, bookings, outbound campaigns, and related sales tools, subject to your plan.
2. Accounts and plans
- New accounts are reviewed before activation. Approved accounts start with a 2-day free trial.
- Paid plans (Starter AED 249, Growth AED 499, Pro AED 749 per month, or Custom) continue after the trial period.
- Trials may be granted by us with selected modules and an expiry date; they end automatically.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use LeadPilot AI to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who opted out.
- Break the rules of connected platforms (WhatsApp, Meta, email providers, social networks).
- Upload unlawful content or infringe anyone's rights.
- Share your account credentials with people outside your business, or resell access to the service without our written permission.
We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the service, bypass limits, or put connected messaging accounts at risk.
4. Messaging compliance
You are responsible for having proper consent before messaging your contacts, and for honoring opt-outs. LeadPilot AI provides suppression lists, opt-out handling, business-hours controls and sending limits to help you stay compliant — using them correctly is your responsibility.
5. AI-generated content
The AI drafts replies from your approved Business Brain facts and is instructed never to invent pricing, availability, or policies. Even so, AI output can be wrong. Review approvals and spot-check replies; you remain responsible for what your AI employee sends on your behalf.
6. Billing
- Plans are billed per the cycle on your subscription (monthly by default).
- If payment is overdue, we may restrict paid features after a grace period. Your data is never deleted because of non-payment — renewing restores everything.
7. Service availability
We work to keep LeadPilot AI reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Connected third-party platforms (WhatsApp, social networks, email providers) may change their rules or experience outages outside our control.
8. Intellectual property and fair use

LeadPilot AI — including its software, scoring models, prompts, workflows, and interfaces — is our intellectual property. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, models, prompts, or internal logic of the service.
- Use automated means to scrape, copy, or extract data, prompts, or outputs from LeadPilot AI beyond your own business data obtained through the normal export features.
- Resell, sublicense, or share access to your account in a way that circumvents plan limits.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
Your own business data — leads, messages, content, reports — remains yours, and you may export it at any time through the product's export features.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination you can request export or deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadPilot AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue from messaging-account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-product or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
