Privacy Policy

LeadPilot AI is an AI sales employee for small businesses. It connects to your messaging channels (such as WhatsApp), answers customer enquiries, qualifies leads, follows up, and books meetings — using the business knowledge you approve.

We store only what the product needs to work:

• Account data: your name, email, business name, phone, plan and billing status.
• Business knowledge: the Business Brain facts, services, pricing, FAQs and rules you enter or approve.
• Leads & conversations: contact details of your leads and the messages exchanged with them through connected channels.
• Campaign & content data: your outbound campaigns, social content, proposals and reports.
• Integration credentials: OAuth tokens and API credentials for channels you connect (WhatsApp, email, social). These are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.
• Usage & logs: feature usage counters, error logs and admin audit trails used to operate and secure the service.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your business data to train shared AI models.

• To operate your AI sales employee (replying to leads, follow-ups, bookings).
• To show you reports, analytics and recommendations about your own business.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix errors.
• To contact you about your account, billing, or important product changes.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run LeadPilot AI (hosting, database, AI providers, messaging platforms you connect). Each provider receives only what it needs. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time:

• From inside the product: Settings → Data & Privacy (export and deletion request).
• Or contact support from your account and we will process the request.

Deletion removes your workspace data from our active systems. Backups may retain copies for a limited retention window before they age out. Suspending or locking an account never deletes data — renewing restores everything exactly as it was.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. A cookie notice is shown on your first visit.

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your workspace data from active systems as described above. Audit and security logs may be retained longer where needed for security and legal compliance.

If we change this policy in a way that affects your rights, we will notify you inside the product or by email before the change takes effect.
